Placing an order online is quick and easy to do. Simply select the product/s you require, add them to your basket and check out using your credit or debit card. International customers wishing to place an order and pay by IBAN should contact us via our online form in the first instance.

Should you wish to update your account information or view current / previous online orders, simply log into your online account on any 'select or Valves Online website. The same login details will work on all sites.

Online Payments:

Online payment can be made using a valid VISA or Mastercard credit / debit card.

All online payments are processed securely with Secure Trading - one of the UK's leading internet payment service providers. Using 128-bit public key encryption we protect your credit card details, providing you with a safe, secure shopping environment.

3D Secure

What is 3D Secure?

3D Secure is an authentication step and additional security layer for online purchases made with credit and debit cards. 3D Secure is used as a fraud prevention measure, which is why this extra verification method is required before we process payment with your bank.

3D Secure isn’t working

If 3D Secure verification fails, you will not be charged. Sometimes 3D Secure may fail or not work, this could either be an incorrect password, a connection failure with your bank or you may not yet be enrolled with 3D Secure.

Account Holders | Credit Account - UK customers only:

For UK mainland customers we offer a ‘30 Day Net’ monthly credit account; subject to approval, credit check and trade references. 

To apply for an account please contact our accounts department who will provide you with the relevant paperwork to complete and return.

Upon receipt of your application we will undertake the necessary credit checks and contact you in due course to advise you of the outcome. Please note that credit facilities will be withdrawn should invoices become overdue.

Persistent offenders will have their credit facility terminated.

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debt Act.

Non-Account Holders:

For non-account holders we issue a Pro forma Invoice. On receipt of cleared funds your order will be released, ready for dispatch.

Online Pricing

Whilst we strive to ensure that all prices shown are correct and up-to-date, occasionally errors may occur. Further information can be found in our terms and conditions of use.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order to you within 2-3 business days, but frequently items are shipped the same day. A flat rate of £15.00 is charged within the UK for most orders, subject to weight.

Should your order be urgent and you require ‘Next Day’ delivery please telephone our sales team.

We dispatch your order using recognised courier firms that include DHL, UKMAIL and TNT to ensure safe receipt. Please note that next day delivery is not available for parts of the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands and the Isles of Scilly.

Certain orders may require a pallet due to the size, quantity or weight of the products being ordered. For UK customers we charge a flat rate of £50.00 for each pallet.

International orders are priced subject to delivery location, order value and weight.
