Stainless Steel Pneumatic Quarter Turn Actuator

A 316 Stainless Steel Pneumatic rotary actuator offering low maintenance for both single or double acting operation. ISO mounting, VDI/VDE top mounting for switchboxes and fitted with a visual position indicator. Limit stops ± 10%.

A corrosion resistant pneumatic actuator that offers a compact yet powerful prime mover of valves. The actuator maintains a reliable and robust unit, that’s specifically designed for use with quarter turn valves. Available in double and single acting.

Both of these actuators (SR & DA) are used for high cycling or fast operation when it is called for. The spring return or spring open unit is normally used for fail safe applications, where upon loss of air the springs in the unit overcome the internal air pressure and close the valve.

The actuators all carry ATEX, SIL2 approval and CE certification. These actuators can be customised and fitted with switchboxes, proximity switches, solenoid pilot valves, speed control devices and gearboxes as a modular program.
